Future tense (Will)
Hello Year 5 students! Here you´ve got a review of the future tense (will).
- We use the auxiliary WILL to write sentences in future.
- To write affirmative sentences, we must follow the structure:
My dad will eat pizza tonight.
- To write negative sentences, we must follow the structure:
Sarah won´t build a house next year.
- To write interrogative sentences, we must follow the structure:
Will you go to the park tomorrow?
- Moreover, we can use TIME MARKERS, which are words or expressions used to talk about the future. Some of the ones we learnt are:
Next week ↠ la semana que viene.
Tomorrow ↠ mañana.
Soon ↠ pronto.
Later ↠ después.
