ADVERBS OF TIME
Good morning Year 4 pupils! Do you remember the adverbs of frequency (always, never, sometimes...)? Well, today we are going to learn a new kind of adverbs: the adverbs of time.
Copy the date and the explanation in your notebook:

ADVERBS OF TIME
- The adverbs of time tell us when something happens.
- These adverbs answer the question: How often...?
- Some adverbs of time are:
- EVERY + HOUR/DAY/AFTERNOON/MONTH/WEEK...
For example: I have dinner every day.
- ...TIMES A WEEK/YEAR/MONTH/DAY...:
For example: I play the piano three times a week.
Now, copy and complete this exercise:
For example: I have maths at school four times a week.
